We are registered with all the cities in Cuyahoga county and can provide POS fair estimates to close on transactions or to start your renovation process.

Certification
Lead paint inspections are becoming mandatory to address the old housing stock. We can facilitate getting your lead safe certificate with our preferred vendors.​

Rental
Registration
Many PMs do not handle rental registrations, so we are happy to do it for you. We will submit all necessary paperwork annually to the city.
